Production Line
1. After design is approved we make big aluminum mould suitable for our machine
2. We put the material and mould on the blister machine, then debug the machinetemperature until the product stiffness is good and average.
3. The product come out one sheet by one sheet quickly.
4. Use the knife mould to cut off the product sheet down.
5. Promise the product is separately one by one.
6. QC check the product quality one by one Pick the bad quality product out.
Package:
Use the plastic bags inside
five layer corrugated box outside.
Packaging: Polybag/paper box +standard export carton,or as your request.(For more packing details,please feel free to contact us,we will calculate for you according to your productions.)
It can be inspection before loading;
Air, Sea, Train, all transportation can acceptable and we have so many forward all over China port.
How can I get a sample from you?
After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc…Samples can be provided free of charge, but courier freight needs to be covered by you, which can be returned to you when you place an order later.
